I am back to a cycle of barely sleeping during the night, I know that thats the way my insomnia happens but this cycle of not sleeping has really surprised me. For a few months I barely sleep and then I sleep too much for a few months and then it goes around and around viciously.
Blergh, I hate laying awake until the sun begins to rise. I know partially that this cycle was brought on because of my bad eating and sleeping habits during study time but they surprise me a lot as well. Like, I am not stressed or anything at the moment but I am still having lots of trouble getting to sleep. Maybe its because I am not exhausting my brain enough because I am on uni break or something. Either way, I am ready for a good nights sleep that doesn't require medication!
Today I planned on going vintage shopping but it was raining this morning and frolicking in the wet wasn't my idea of fun so I postponed it and just spent the day at home, again. Went out for a little bit this evening though which was nice!
