Today was a very productive day.. I fixed my cupboard, sort of… Finished an assignment and hung out with a friend, all of this happened after two hours helping out at playgroup and not enough sleep. I do think that I am about to be faced with the consequences of being busy and not looking after myself though. Right now I have the shakes, chills and a very bad headache.. This with muscle aches and the sore throat and cough I've had for a couple days makes me think I am getting the flu, or something of the sort. Or it may just be because I had a panic attack today and literally shit myself stupid while out with a friend.
