Today I worked, again, and before I went to work I decided to just have a pyjama day because it was miserable and raining and I had a massive headache. I also had some issues at work with the lady I am having issues with, duh, so I left a note for my boss and I am hoping she gets in contact with me in the morning. Either she will completely understand, or I will not be given any shifts again because she thinks its petty. I am so nervous to hear from her, I feel that it isn't petty anymore considering it is causing me to feel anxious but to her it may seem that way. I don't want her to think I'm being difficult and being a casual means that I am literally at her mercy because she is the one that assigns shifts. I also don't want to lose shifts because she puts one of us on at a time either because even though I have been working there longer than this lady I know she is always on my boss' case about shifts and always gets in super early unlike the rest of us who just wait for her to call, I mean, she is a pretty busy person.. Its just easier to wait until she has exact time and dates instead of constantly checking up on her.
Anyway, enough with that..
