Today I had a massage to attempt to help relieve me of my shoulder and back pain and boy it was awkward! Firstly, I had a male and secondly he needed to massage my pecs and hips to stop the shoulder and back pain. Imagine the awkwardness.
Because I was only going to get a massage where I would need to take my clothes off anyway, I didn't wear anything spectacular.
