This morning I had an appointment at the psychiatrist, this was also my first appointment that I did not have my mum accompanying me. My sister instead came with me, well, not into the appointment, but she waited outside for me to finish so I could drop her at the train station afterwards for her to go to Newcastle for the weekend for her friends wedding.
Once I had dropped her off I came home and enjoyed to peace before mum got home from work.
