Today I got some study done in the morning and then in the afternoon we headed off to the airport to pick up my dad who works on a gas plant in North Queensland for four weeks and then gets one week off. This is his first week off since he went up there and part of me is excited to see him but I am also dreading it because I know I have so much other stuff to do this week but I also want to be able to spend time together as a family with him.
Anyway, we went to the airport which was easy enough and then waited for him to fly in and from there we went straight out to dinner at a local Mediterranean restaurant. I got seafood risotto and it was so delicious but I ate too much and began to feel nauseous. Since being hospitalised, everytime I eat too much food my diaphragm starts to think I need to vomit and begins the process of making me nauseous and the salivation and stuff.
Not nice, I ended up walking out of the restaurant for some fresh air and walking helped to food shuffle down a little so I wasn't so full!
Note to self, check yourself before you wreck yourself!
