OOTD : 7th & 8th July, 2014 - Travel & Tiredness

I was super sloppy about getting an OOTD up yesterday so I am going to do them both now, as if I was writing them on the day though. Try to keep up with the tense changes, haha!

7th July, 2014

Today dad was officially homeless. He had to check out of the cabin he had been staying in and when he attempted to book another week it turns out it had no vacancies, there was literally no room at the inn.. Haha, I had told him a few days earlier to book, guess he should of listened but you know, sometimes people need a bit more of a push, or shove, than others.

Anyway, he booked into a motel and will hopefully have something a little more permanent sorted by the end of the week. Well, fingers crossed for him! 

Maybe he will put that list of phone numbers I compiled to good use, although I know he is too stubborn to accept help so he probably wont.

Anyway, after all of that happened my mum, sister and I got in the car and headed back to Sydney where I got dropped home while they continued on to Newcastle. I had a nap and then I headed out with some friends for what I thought was going to be a relatively quick dinner together and home. No can do, was still out at midnight bowling and singing karaoke.. Hence why I didn't post yesterday!

8th July, 2014

Today I woke up feeling a little worse for wear because I stayed out so long last night. On top of my weekend away and how tired I was from that, staying out wasn't the most brilliant idea, oh well its done now! 

This morning I had a job interview at a corporate catering company, I think it went okay, I should know by tomorrow if they want me to come in and do a trial shift or not. I'm not to fussed if I don't get it. To be honest I was looking forward to a little more time or no responsibilities, haha!

Other than that, I had to get some grocery shopping done and pretty much just watched tv and stuff for the rest of the day.

So exciting!

I also watched The Fault In Our Stars tonight. Still feeling a little emotionally fragile right now, I knew it was going to be sad and stuff because I had read the book but by the end I was a mess.

Wahhh.
