Week 16 - Cruising

So this past week has been pretty cruisey. Apart from work, a bit of uni stuff to do and cheerleading I haven't had any other commitments. I have spent a lot of money on makeup though and I can't wait to share some of those (well, all of those) at the end of the month! I have also started an Instagram page for this blog, username @theemmabeth, check it out if you want some sneak peaks into some purchases I have made etc.

So my boss and I went to El Jannah, for those of you in Sydney, go there right now! Bloody delish! We thought this would be a perfect moment to face swap. So, turns out I look like Mr Bean with his face!

Don't even get me started on Zara Home. So many things I want to buy, so little money!

Week 15 - Exhale

So this week was a much less busy week for me. The film for Burwood Council was launched and then I had a couple of days off work to just relax and enjoy myself while my mum and sister went away for the weekend. 

Here are my photos from the week. There isn't really much else to say!

So, I love boots. Those of you who have followed me for a while would know that! I am desperate to get me another pair of over the knee boots for winter this year. I just find that they are always a little tight on my super muscly calves. These ones here are from Forever 21, but again, tight on the calves! Damn muscles!

The Balm came out with four new liquid lipstick colours and I am desperate to find and get! Give me a holla if you've seen them in store anywhere!

I also beat my face for a little filming action. Remember to checkout previous posts for videos! Or find my channel here!

Forever New, a store I have never been able to fit into came out with this cape coat thing, and the size 14 fit me, they go up to a 16. There is hope for me yet! Clearly this coat isn't the most flattering thing out there though! The cape life didn't choose me!

Had a cheer team night out filled with many pizzas (19 to be exact, the benefits of working in a pizza shop) and plenty of politically incorrect moment. Thanks Cards Against Humanity! It was a good night!

Week 11, 12, 13 & 14 - Busy Bee!

Long time no talk guys, so I thought I would let you know why. First things first, university has commenced for the semester which means pretty much every other activity also commenced such as cheerleading. I also started a new job and was also asked by the Burwood Council to make a film for them.

Many weeks later and here I am, on the other side of the majority of the busyness, it is now holidays from university and the film for Burwood Council was launched on Friday. All I have on for the next two weeks are cheer, work and an assignment I need to write.

I have also been fit modelling for Katies, which has been fun, but again, adding to the stress that has been my life for the last month. Travelling back and forth for fittings is sometimes a bore especially when I have other things to do and other places to be straight afterwards.

I also tore a muscle in my back, I slipped at work and was taken to hospital with a suspected fractured rib. Alas, not a fracture, but a tear in the muscle that goes from my upper back around to the front.. Fun times, which also means I have had this weekend off work to be able to catch up on all things this blog. Hallelujah!

Last but not least, the last thing that happened this month that was pretty unsettling was my "Dad" showing up out of the blue and my parents proceeding to have an explosive argument where my Dad has now left and I doubt I will ever be seeing him again. Its a massive complicated web of crap that I am not going into but let it be known that I am not that bothered, it was more the fact that he rocked up to our house ie. my safe place, unexpectedly. Anyway, I'm going to get on with the photos from the last month or so, in no particular order.
